Mcdonald's - Ruston

The fries were cold and lacked salt, but the burger was enjoyable.

I had a terrible experience with my food. The fries were stale instead of cold, and my Big Mac was missing a bun and practically had nothing on it! I requested extra everything because I was hoping it would lift my spirits after a breakup. Is it too much to ask for decent food when you’re feeling down? I just wanted a fresh Big Mac and fries! Sorry for venting, but I’m really disappointed.

The burger was a bit dry... believe me, I'm a McDonald's fanatic.

This McDonald's is, by far, the best I've ever visited. It's clean, the staff is polite, and they always get my order right. You can really see how proud they are of their work. I highly recommend this location! Oh, and I absolutely love their mocha frappés!

The staff inside were very friendly, greeting us with a cheerful "Hello! How are you?" as soon as we stepped through the door. The food was decent, but the tables were a bit sticky and not very pleasant. As for the cookie, it looked a lot better than I did when I woke up this morning!
