Sonic Drive-in - Russellville

All sonic sites in the area of russellville are terrible, but this location is the worst. my last visit, I had to wait for a drink forever. I had an exact change, but I wanted to pay with five so I could type. carhop had no change, so she didn't get a tip because I didn't want to wait 15 minutes. their app does not work at most locations, and no matter what size they pay, they ask if they want to change! (I had an order under $10 and paid with $20 and I was asked if I wanted to change.) tapps are for excellent service and not required. A pity that these companies do not care about their own property, they have all expired and many have stands that do not work.

If they have problems or have an influential command, they get out of the way to do it without saying anything at all. they must have the best management and/or workers. this is my go to sonic location.

Ordered two simple drinks on the app. proven for time, waited 20 minutes to get my drinks. I pressed the taste within this time and no one answered. the guy next to me has the same problem, but he was there longer than I was.

Out of every Sonic Drive-Ins i have personally been to, this is the one you want to eat at, everytime i eat here it is above and beyond better than any other sonic i have ever eaten at. The owners and managers and employees working here understand what it means to make quality a reality, i love getting real fruit strawberry slushes, and this is the only sonic ive ever eaten at that loads my slush down with so many stawberries that i have to finish the slush with a spoon because of all the leftover strawberries. This is the sonic you need to drive-in

There are some good servers and a lot of the time the food comes quick but other times it takes forever. The food is usually great
