McDonald's - Russellville

This McDonald's should take on training every McDonald's that exists.

There were no cashiers when we arrived there, had to wait 15min until our pancakes warm up while we saw that dinge would happen, workers would touch his shoes (the floor was not clean, mess with his hair, then go eat, customers who took a bite, found it missing and obviously they had run out, and not even said he left his money. the cakes tasted great!

Absolutely the worst every time I go here. either my order is constantly grounded or I have to move to the side to wait. I waited 15 minutes for my food and there were only 3 vehicles in the partie then. that is a thema that is treated at this specific location. management and regional leaders do not care. I know I'm not the only one who suffers in this restaurant.

There was a tumble n parking space and mgr and staff showed great care. my sandwich flew, but was pretty tasty when I finally came to eat it. tumble led to a visit in the emergency room. I was on the kneecap. next. will certainly return to many mc donald’s. have my faves.

Twice within 4 days I went through the drive and was asked to move up. 10 minutes, wait every time. then they ask what I ordered, not serviettes every time. How long does it take to prepare a mcmuffin? I know because in the late 70s I worked at a mcdonald when we actually had grills and cooked the food. I recommend going somewhere else
