They never have anything always sorry we are out sorry we don't have enough to fill an order. Service is so I don't want to be here. And the price for what food you can get is outrageous will not return

We placed an order on line and given a pick up time of 30 minutes. When we arrived at the location and went through drive thru we were instructed to pull to a front parking spot due to our order not being ready. After waiting an additional 30 minutes we were told that the chicken was still frozen and would have to come back “way later “ because they could not sub our food or refund our money . The manager on shift was very rude and refused sub our food, refused to refund our money, refused to give me any contact information for corporate or upper management and told me to leave due to being to loud !!! Who wouldn’t be mad when I was calling and they wouldn’t answer the phone. Who wouldn’t be mad when you were told that they wouldn’t sub out food or your order ! Who wouldn’t be mad when you were told that they wouldn’t refund your money !! This place is a joke !! I strongly suggest not wasting your money or time here !!

Chicken was so burnt and greasy. Looked gross and didn't taste good.

The last 3 times we have stopped there either they dont have the iten or they have to cook it ...why? If you go to the drive thru why if they are not busy do they still have to cook stuff no wonder they dont have

There was grilled chicken at all. I had to take 2 wings and a leg just to get anything and it was still 0ver 12 bucks. The week before i waited over 20 minutes for a famous bowl and cole slaw. I wont be back. They never have any chicken cooked and ready.
