B Street Bakery And Deli - Russellville

I attended a realtor luncheon and class today, and B Street Bakery and Deli catered the event. Everything looked delicious, and it seemed like everyone enjoyed the food. I had a turkey and bacon sandwich topped with guacamole. While there was a generous amount of turkey, I’m not a fan of guacamole, so I ended up not eating that part of my sandwich.

The food is consistently delicious. The owner is incredibly kind. My brother surprised us with a visit before his deployment, and even though it wasn't a Friday, she ensured he left with his favorite pot roast sandwich.

On a positive note, there's another girl with darker, curly hair who is absolutely wonderful! I'd be inclined to visit every day if I knew she would be serving me, but I often hesitate because I worry I might be helped by the other girl. Additionally, I was charged an extra $1.50 for corned beef and ended up receiving very little meat on the sandwich, which was quite shocking. I expected more for $8, and it was definitely disappointing. The rude young lady was the one who made our sandwiches. I don’t mind paying extra when it’s worth it, but in this case, I felt I didn’t get what I paid for. I really wish I could give it 5 stars, as I love all their delicious treats! However, customer service is important to me. I spent $45 for two lunches and some sweet treats and birthday goodies for my daughter.

I wasn't quite expecting what I received for $87, but I'm holding out hope that it tastes good. I really enjoy their individually-served baked goods, so there's still a chance. However, I probably won't order a cake from here again.

This is a fairly typical deli located in the downtown area. I tried the chicken panini, which was quite basic. They also have a bakery, and I sampled a brownie that was pretty tasty. The downtown area of this charming little town is experiencing some growth.
