In the drive thru I received no napkins, a package of honey (like for biscuits) for the Chicken Nuggets, and diet Coke instead of regular Coke. The Coke had been sitting awhile, the ice was completely melted and the coke was warm. It was a waste of time to call the manager, he didn't really care about it. Food: 3 Service: 1

McDonald's food is McDonald's food...what can ya say. Loved Russell's Point new store! They are aways smiling at the drive thru. The boat docks are very convenient. Parking: Set up oddly.
