Mcdonald's - Ruskin

We ordered a 4-piece Happy Meal, but instead of nuggets, we received something unidentifiable—it looked like a bizarre cheese mac sauce concoction. When I took it back, one of the staff members laughed and admitted she didn't know what it was either. They did correct the mistake, but it was definitely a surprise to discover this when we got home and opened the food!

I work hard for my money, and when I pay nearly $9 for two servings of fries, I expect them to be hot. This McDonald's always seems to have issues, and every time I give it another chance, I'm left disappointed. The manager really needs to address the low standards of customer service. If the employees don’t want to provide good service, they probably shouldn't be in the job. After all, customer service should be part of their responsibilities. On a positive note, I did eventually get my hot fries from a young gentleman at the window who was very polite. He said, “Here you go, ma’am. Sorry, and have a great day." He deserves recognition—give that young man a raise! Take it from the others who clearly don't understand the importance of customer service.

This restaurant has its ups and downs. I brought three kids in for Happy Meals, thinking it would be easier than going through the drive-thru. However, there was a new girl at the counter, and it took her about 10 minutes to take our order.

Excellent service. Manager and staff polite and friendly. Food came out incredibly fast!

Eh basically your typical mcds folks there are under age or act like they are. Lucky if you get your meal correctly if you order it your way, and typically your waiting a while for your food. Hate only giving it 3 stars but I'm starting to get a littledisappointed in the pay rate to good meal ratio. They pay great but can't get a meal worth a darn anymore. Hopefully theworkforce will get stronger sooner.
