Hungry Jack's Burgers Mackay Northern Beaches

I don't understand that the permanent ordering of this restaurant gets. eating was good, it took 10 minutes for 5 meals, nice staff. we just stopped there for a quick lunch break while we were on the way to the airlie beach. most people who work there were young, they did great. in there was a terrible couple, they sat in the door. the dame says don't come! you eat the age we have ordered anyway. only 10 minutes. and she said how she managed a mcdonalds when she was 18 and she compared it with the hj. I'm sorry for the workers who had to do with these people.

For a burger connection they have good chip 's 'signature burger' are müll. only car in the drive through them think they could make burger a little better than they delivered.

Went to counter to order , completely ignored by Mark who was obviously fixing a problem with a staff member which I understand . All you had to do was say you wouldn't be a second and I would have ordered , but no acknowledgement so I just walked out

Juniors making fun of another employee and swearing at the front counter in front of a customer because he made a mistake is disgusting workplace behaviour

The worst around Mackay, extremely slow and twice I’ve ordered on door dash and they cancelled my order, the 2nd time after 40 minutes and the dasher was waiting for my order they canceled it and said they are closing, the first time I had to drive off without my food because I couldn’t wait any longer otherwise I was going to be late for my shift, disgusting service and terrible time management!
