Pizza Hut - Runnymede

We ordered two different pizzas and both were delicious and piping hot each time. Thank you to the team at Pizza Hut Addlestone.

I placed an order on a busy Saturday night for takeout and had to wait a bit, but the shift manager with glasses and short blonde hair was fantastic. He was very friendly, despite being visibly stressed with the workload. Whoever you are, you were our superhero for the kids on that rainy night!

I thought I'd treat the kids for lunch, we all work from home, it's Friday. the person who said that she had to go first to byfleet (I live in addlestone unnecessary,...the pizza flat brote were hardly warm and stodgie. is not ordered again by the pizza hut.

Ordered eating, on confirmation was said delivery would be minutes that is ridiculous, we live a minute drive away! after mins I had a phone call saying: "sorry we will not deliver their order" reason given was no delivery...driver that was Valentine! this Addlestone industry is appalling if we want pizza hat delivery we need to use it, but almost every time we use it, we need to wait a problem because it seems all over the world, a very long delivery times, it seems badly managed, I hope it's sorted because it's really the worst twog I've used all!

Waited hours for delivery. Rang the branch times continually on hold for mins. Eventually rang the main customer service, who were very unhelpful. They said i can apply for a refund that may be accepted in weeks. Totally unacceptable service!!!! Never...again!!!
