The Cornerstone Bakery Cafe - Ruidoso

The food here is excellent, and even though the line might look long, the service is surprisingly quick. Just take a look at my plate—it speaks for itself! I rarely finish breakfast, but I definitely did this time. I had the lox Benedict, by the way.

I enjoyed every aspect of this restaurant. The portions were generous, and every part of the meal was delicious, fresh, and served at the perfect temperature. Our server, Gabby, was friendly, helpful, and attentive. Overall, it was an excellent experience. I will definitely be coming back!

If you can manage to get inside and are willing to overlook the reduced staff due to recent fire and flood incidents, the food is still amazing. The busy wait staff do their best to be attentive. The selection of baked goods is impressive and definitely worth the drive from nearby towns.

Crazy slow service, they are extremely short staffed but the food was awesome! Worth the wait if you've got about an hour for breakfast.

Very disappointed with my visit today. Took 15 minutes to get my drink and 45 minutes for a chicken salad sandwich with a bag of chips. That was after walking up to find out why it was taking so long, others that came in after me were being served, and being told there was a new chef. After all of that the sandwich was terrible. A warm, greasy croissant, watery chicken salad and not worth the $50 plus $20 extra tip I gave to support Ruidoso. I will commend the manager for coming over quickly and offering to comp the meal. I love this city, didn't want a comp, nor did I take it, and hope my future experiences are better.
