The Bank - Rugby

Once again this place stands out as the best venue in Rugby for live sports. The screens are state of the art. Service is outstanding. We watched all the England games here and it was packed but a brilliant atmosphere. The team here make it fantastic every time .

Popped into the bank with some friends for lunch, we were welcomed immediately by the friendly team who could not have been more attentive. We ordered the bank statement burger and some pizzas and everything was absolutely delicious. It was fresh and hot and nothing seemed too much trouble for the team. The secret garden was a treasure find with TVs outside to watch the sport on. The whole place was spotless I cannot find a bad word to say will definitely be returning!

We booked a table for 3 for lunch. We were warmly welcomed by a man who was in charge and was expecting us. He had arranged a table away from the big TV Scenes. This is a super TV sport bar. It’s very spacious with a larger central island bar which creates a good ambiance. It’s all prefect for its prime function especially as it’s sited in the centre of town. However, for us at lunch it was perfect and met all of our needs and wasn’t too noisy or too busy. The food service staff were all well trained with good hospitality skills, attentive and clearly thinking about what the customer might need. The food was well presented on warmed plates and huge portions. The first course of chicken wings and savoury balls were delightful. Our main courses were similar, huge portions and very tasty if a little over cooked. We were delighted with the attention we received from various staff ensuring we were well looked after. Thank you.

Fantastic place ! Especially if you enjoy watching sport as they have multiple large screens so you can keep across all the biggest events at the same time. The food and drink is excellent. The best thing is the customer service from the hard working staff who go the extra mile and nothing seems too much trouble. And they are dog friendly. Ticks all the boxes ! Has to be the best place in Rugby

Came in last nite for a bottomless brunch with a friend who is slightly disabled and was asked when he went to the toilet if he was ok to drink and if he was on medication asking me and not him completely disgusted by your manager asking this and completely ruined my nite uneasy all night as felt like she was lookin over at us all night never go in there again
