I used this restaurant regularly over an eight years that I have always great food great service and real value for money for every recomend

Visit 21/8/2010. not at all with the previous message. I was invited to a friend 50th birthday meal on the jasmine court but worried about access and conveniences due to the fact that I paraplegic and in a wheelchair. I contacted the restaurant to talk about my thinking, and they invited me to the party so that I could calm my mind. the restaurant is wheelchair accessible, except that the door is a little tight. the staff was very friendly and welcoming. in the night we were the party the restaurant was totally full, but all the staff seemed cheerful, friendly and helpful. the waitress lets us take our time with the ordering and once ordered came quite fast....read more

Sounds really inviting on the phone and started well when we were there, given menus, while we waited for our friends and offered drinks that came very fast. the problems were when we went to our table. great eating at a really good price, but shocking service. really creepy waitress who did everything seems like an effort for her. I asked my friend to take her baby out when he cried on a really rude wise. obviously not family-friendly as advertised. they would not pay me anymore. instead go to the river avon.

I was invited to a friends Birthday meal at the Jasmine Court but was concerned about access and amenities due to the fact i am Paraplegic and in a wheelchair. I contacted the restaurant to speak about my concerns and they invited me down prior to the party so i could have my mind put at ease. The restaurant is wheelchair friendly, except for the front door being a little tight. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. On the night we of the party the restaurant was totally full yet all the staff seemed cheerfull, friendly and helpfull. The waitress let us take our time with ordering and once ordered came pretty quickly. A good night was had by all and the manager even ensured that i got back to my car safely. I would have no issues about going back and will definately be booking up soon.
