Canton Chef - Rugby

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. In my son's chow mein, we only found one piece of chicken, and his dinner was missing completely. When we called to address the issue, they claimed they were too busy to rectify the mistake. When we suggested a discount for our next visit, they refused. We spent around £27 here, and it was without a doubt the worst Chinese/Cantonese food we have ever had, coupled with the worst service. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this restaurant again.

Do not be swayed by negative reviews! Canton Chef offers truly fantastic food and is the best Chinese takeaway I have had in a while. I highly recommend it!

This was my first time ordering from Canton Chef, and I will definitely be ordering again. We pre-ordered for 7:05 pm (it was a large order) and it arrived on time. The dishes were exceptional, and the customer service was outstanding.

I have been coming to this takeaway since I was a kid (18 years ago). It's been around for as long as I remember and probably one of the oldest in Rugby. It had a hard few months at the beginning of the year with staff changes, but the food now is better than ever. Shout out to the chef and the lovely family who own it. It really is a gem to our community and it has always been here. I've always had excellent service and delicious food every time. Well done Canton Chef!

The food is exceptional and as someone who has lived in Asia, I have to say it’s the closest to authentic Chinese food in Warwickshire! Well done Canton Chef! 10/10 recommend!
