We came by on November 17 in despair because our order in another store was not prepared. The waitress presented us with the bread and garnished moricette ready in the window which we took, however it was not enough given the number of people we were, she spontaneously offered to prepare more moricette for us within half an hour and saved our evening Another big thank you to her and the whole team!! We stopped by today, 01/30/24 around 7/8 p.m., the service was average, we put the tray at the counter without saying anything. The reception at the checkout was good. Please provide a receipt when purchasing. Service: Dine in Service: 3

Really disappointed. You should review your organization because the wait is endless every time. The servers are very slow. The two times I had a pastry there, I had neither a napkin nor a spoon. My (industrial) log was not good and every part decomposed.
