I called at 4 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. and no answer so write it down somewhere that you need to reserve to keep your establishment open. I never saw that ! We stayed in front for half an hour until 4:30 p.m. in case the times were not good. So please stop trying to defend yourself with a reservation. You were closed during opening hours.
