People talk to me like a dog. The person on the phone tells me, do you want to order? I don’t care, it’s not my problem. He hangs up on me. I call back a second time because it is unacceptable to let me do this. He tells me again, you're ordering, it's good, you're ordering, I don't care, it's not my problem, he hangs up on me a second time. Disastrous staff. The gentleman's name is Ismaël. Tomorrow I'm coming straight to the restaurant, we'll see if this gentleman would say the same thing to me because there's no way anyone would speak to me in that tone, he'll hang up on me. I am a customer and not a waste person. I will never spend another euro in your pizzeria again. Shame on you, Sir, shame on you for speaking like that on the phone to customers. I prefer to order from Dominos at least we are better received. You have to learn the skills before knowing your pizza recipes because the skills are what bring in the customers.
