Good Service and awesome taste of all items I love it

Very pathetic experience. I ordered for meal from KFC Rudrapur. They haven't provided me with cold drink bottle. And also Zomato is not helping in this issue as they are saying that resturant is not picking the call. Whom to contact for this incomplete order

Non cooperative staff , Mr Neeraj as just now I have visited your store which is located at metropolitan Mall, ground floor Pantnagar. Mat with Mr Neeraj and requested that pls prepare less spicy chicken boneless strips for my kids but he upfront refused our request and behave rudely.,.. we are also working in service industry and this type of behaviour is reducing our customer faith.,... I am a regular customer of your brand and using your services for too long time abut now this time I m so much depressed this type of services.,

Good outlet compared to the others I have been so far.

As always food is good. However this KFC should have maintained the cleanliness. Staff has lazy attitude towards hospitality. When I went, all the tables had left over food. No place to sit.
