Mcdonald's - Rubesi

Really long lines at the order stations and 3 were broken. Then we waited for our food at the table for 15min while it was getting cold at the counter next to 5 other meals, forgotten by staff. It was supposed to be brought to our table. Had I not asked about it at the counter it would've been completely cold or never showed up. Thanks to a bridge the McDonald's can be accessed from both sides of the highway.

Slowest McDonald's I've ever experienced. Their process doesn't match what usually it is in McDonald's. Waiting over 35 mins for simple order is not normal. But staff are working so relaxed and slowly, looks like it's their golden standard. Order even disappeared from queue screen as if it is ready but it was not, so be careful. Food and coffee was cold, vegetables in salad were not even close to be fresh and eatable. Avoid this place

Very long wait at the ordering kiosks because half of them were broken. Our kiosk was operational but the receipt printer was broken. After the long wait for ordering the actual food was ready quite fast. And the food quality and taste was typical McDonalds, but the burgers were quite messy.

They are just getting worse and worse, by the day. It takes them on average 45-60 minutes to finalize an order. There is always a problem with at least 3 screens. If there is a rush hour, the whole systen goes down, screens stop working and the only thing you can do at that moment is ask for a refund or wait for 1 hour to get your order. All of these issues would be fine if their prices were not so damn high!

Terrible. 55 minutes after taking our order and still waiting. The worst is that there is no communication. Cashiers just telling us to wait, the manager took out receipt, went away and now again walking around with 0 answers. Finally the food came. Coffee was cold.
