Charlie's Old Fashioned Burgers

My grandson and I tried the chicken fried steak at this restaurant and it was fantastic. The meat was tender and there was no gristle. The breading was delicious and the french fries were also great. The service was excellent and I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend the onion rings. We waited 30 minutes. There was a couple of other tables with people and one with 12 at table. The place was far from even being remotely half full. Waitress kept apologizing about it taking so long. Manager comes over and apologized blaming it on table of 12. What would they have done if the place was even half full. Husband fried chips cold, burger good. I had veggie plate. Corn had no taste, okra no taste. Didn't ask for loaded potatoes asked for just butter and sour creme. Tried to upcharge. Brought to waitress attention. She let me get it fixed. She came back it should have just been a dollar. Here is what got me all the apologizing at least 4 times from waitress in that 30 mind and once from manager. They should have compted drinks at least. Won't eat here again. If they can handle 12 people and us at a table, hate to see them busy.
