Stuffed shells in water and garlic knots inedible. Have not even bothered to look at italian hoagie. Im afraid. Rossis has some.of The Best pannini sandwiches in town. And their waffle fries are out sight. Great food and great service. Always busy so order early. I stopped in for a chicken finger platter to go. I was in and out however I didn't mind waiting as they have a big TV right in front of the cash register. It is a disappointment in itself to give any place that serves a pizza less than average review. with a series of these restaurants in the opposite, what makes a place of the others? in Rossi’s case it is not necessarily eating, but its rude staff. we had made the dinner on the slice app available on their Google page. while some read their menu descriptions and placed the online order, others also read a version of their menu on their actual website. everything seemed good and the online order went through quickly. when picking up the meal and returning home we realized that a *bored chicken* salat was missing. it happens, not a big thing, and we were not far from the restaurant. we called rossi to let her know we're coming back. it's an salad, people. not something to get into a zizzy over and we thought it was a simple solution. when we finally went to eat, we discovered that the boom was missing! we discussed the call again, but decided that they should be aware of this error for future records. this is when a simple experience turned into a negative evening thanks to who the phone answered. I would like to stress that we were not upset, just trying to inform them about what happened. the person who answered was very denied and refused to acknowledge the error. it was banging to bring this, but we told them their website says there are chickens in salat, but they continue to be disrespectful and told us: “That’s why they should not order online. they should have called directly in their order.” what is the point of online ordering (and then descriptions!? is that something we just don't know or is it public knowledge that online order is just for show? her interaction was so negatiw that we have pointed out to write a review that she responded to “going forward. it doesn’t matter to us.” to add insult to the already insulting desire, made the cheese steak, which also barely looks as a fraction filled 3/4 of a full length bun. So we didn't get what we ordered, then we got a fraction of what we ordered. However, we did receive a request about how online ordering is not estimated at rossi and apparently their menus differ from what the chef decides to calculate and make. I think the workers who work in this night were not the owners, but thanks to them they helped answer our question why we prefer to go to other pizza restaurants in the opposite now.
Very disappointed, called to make sure that she would deliver to our counter, was said, yes, placed order for pizza and pommes, supplies ruber came late with only pizza, no pommes. $26 was calculated for pizza and delivery fee as asked, the rider was told that I did not drive 8 miles back for their riders, they were not calculated for them we have been here for years but will not go back.
