I stopped this morning at 8.30 a.m., I ordered Macchiato coffee and I wanted to use my coupon to medium ice coffee for .99 and they told me that the coupon is not applicable to the Macchiato coffee because it is not with coffee, but espresso!!!! I told them sarcastically: espresso is Italian coffee beans, but they were rude with me. She even ripped my voucher, which was still good until 11.30. NOT RECOMMENDATIONS branch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I stood there for over 5 minutes while the lady behind the counter didn't even say hello. No gloves were worn. Then a woman who didn't speak English came to help me. She wore her mask not over her face, but under her chin. could not understand what I said. So I left.

I visited and the individual making food was not wearing a face mask and wiped her nose before making my drink. I threw out all of my food. Cannot be too safe these days..

Every time I come here, it never fails, my coffee or latte is just not right. How, every time? I don?t know if I just luck out and get the same person who makes my drink but my latte?s and coffee never have enough flavor, or the iced coffees taste like old burnt coffee, or tonight, tasted watered down (still with not enough flavor. I quit. I?ll drive out of my way from now on.
