Tijuana Flats - Royal Palm Beach

I got an Arizona drink from CVS that was booty cheeks and i went here to buy a jarrito and the person behind the counter said i could have it, shouldve gotten their name but thanks anyway ?

Tijuana Flats on 441 in Royal Palm. Located in a shopping Plaza, we had lunch here on a Sunday. Lots of fun artwork for us to see. We were greeted with the sweetest, most helpful front worker girl who took our order and recommended the deals of the day. We went for all the deals and got our food within 5 mins. Food was delicious, hot sauce bar have us a lot of yummy options, the place was overall fun, friendly, and an easy lunch option. Placed on order online, they never brought it out, the order was for my kids and myself. I Called after waiting there for 15 minutes after it said my order was completed and ready. The girl who answered blamed it on the iPad and took zero accountability. Asked for a refund and that will be my last time visiting a Tijuana flats restaurant.

This place is amazing! The hospitality and customer service is beyond five stars. Especially Jason the manager! He’s very patient and courteous!!!!!!

This place is really hot or miss. Sometimes the food is great and other times the food is absolutely horrible. The queso cheese for chips is almost always old, thick, and not hot. If you order two of the same meal (meaning the same meal for you and same meal for someone else in your group) someone will get all the meat and the other will mostly be filled with veggies/rice.Is this place amazing, nope not at all. Is it convenient, it can be. Would I ever go out of my way to come here, absolutely not.
