Pollo Tropical - Royal Palm Beach

The food was decent, but the service was awful. We felt pressured to place our order quickly, and the cashier appeared very irritated. The woman who gave us our food rolled her eyes when we asked about the sauces. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unfriendly. The customer service was absolutely unacceptable! Because of this experience, we will not be returning.

I have been a customer at this restaurant for the past 12 years, but yesterday, on April 4th, 2024, I had the worst meal of my life. The service was bad, the quality of the food was poor, and the chicken was undercooked. The past three months have been a complete disaster, with the food quality deteriorating every day. The employees are all terrible. I would advise avoiding this place if you don't want to waste your time and money.
