Frannie's - Royal Palm Beach

This is my second time at this place and both times I had excellent service and I've also had really good food the first time I got a BLT I took the bacon off and gave it to my brother because all that know me I'm a vegetarian and my brother always likes the extra bacon. The second time I went there I got in a waffle and it was delicious I couldn't even eat the whole thing. My brother is from this area I'm new here I'm from New Jersey. If you're ever in West Palm Beach you should come visit this restaurant it's really good. 5 stars

This place is a joke that will be out of business when the current lease expires. Run by rude fools.

Was in town to pick up my car from a service dealer. Found this cute little place nearby. Clean, cozy, and the breakfast was delicious. Perfectly cooked bacon, the best French toast I have ever had, and my husband sandwich was also delicious. We will definitely be back. (We ate some of the food before I took a picture)

I’ve eaten there a few times every time I did it was very good! Always had a good time. The prices are affordable. I love the down home feeling. I’ve had breakfast and lunch there. Hard to choose which one I enjoyed more. I’ll be back.

One of our favorite Breakfast spots .....VERY consistent and staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly......despite some of the recent reviews, this is not all the facts .....one ex employee and one person looking for free meals .....HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
