Many people rave about the pizza, but I have to say it's probably the worst I've ever had. The crust is both burnt and soggy on the bottom. The ingredients used are just average quality. On a positive note, they do serve a great drink. The wings were decent, but the chicken parmesan sandwich was soggy, and the meatball sliders were similar. I wouldn't classify this as authentic Italian food.

However, Bridgette never answers her work phone, so three weeks before the show, the owner gave me her personal number to ensure everything was in order. Confusingly, nobody had communicated with me about any cancellations. When I finally reached Bridgette, she informed me that our show was not on the calendar and asked about our band. Essentially, I had to convince her for a third time to keep our booking since I initially secured it with the owner, who then passed me to MJ, and then again to Bridgette—confirming our date for September 8th through text messages. After much back and forth, Bridgette offered me two dates in December, which I accepted. However, she failed to secure one of those dates for us. The following day, she claimed she would sort it out at work, but that didn't happen. Eventually, she mentioned that we might not be a good fit for the venue because our band is from the East Coast, specifically West Palm Beach, while their tavern is in Royal Palm Beach. I explained that my following extends across multiple counties and that each time I perform, my audiences stay until the end, effectively keeping the cash register ringing. She reassured me she would figure it out and possibly even find an earlier date for us, but that promise never materialized. In the end, the owner refused to intervene, leaving my band just two weeks away from the show without any confirmation. Who would want to support a place like this? I question whether they can even manage to make a decent pizza. My advice: don’t go there. It’s another establishment that shows no regard for its commitments to musicians and lacks respect for its partnerships. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Ordered half hour before close and order was cancelled. Found out when I came to pick it up.Update: tried this place again. Order was relayed but the pizza was pretty good. Updating to 4 star.

Pizza was excellent. Fresh ingredients. Place was empty at lunchtime. Definitely needs cleaning and updating.
