561ceviche - Royal Palm Beach

Food was super salty. When I asked for a redo they brought a cebiche with literally no salt. Instead of working on a happy medium they gave me something unseasoned. Gave this place multiple tries and for a while it was not bad but it is hit or miss. Probably my last time here. No consistency on the taste.
