Freshii - Royal Oak

This was my first experience ordering for pickup from Freshii at this location. When I arrived, my food was already prepared, and I was warmly welcomed by the staff. I tried the Tex Mex bowl, and everything tasted incredibly fresh, which made me very happy. I highly recommend this place!

We tried Mediterranean bowl, Tex Mex bowl, chicken burrito there. super taste. Green and strawberry leaves too good. The owner made us comfortable by walking through the details and proposing changes. Will definitely recommend and visit immediately.

The food is excellent. Very fresh concept. A little like chipotle but with more choice so it can be overwhelming at first. The have preconfigured bowl options with rice or noodles that you can add a protein to or on the wall opposite the register the have clipboards with build your own type options. They also have a book of nutrition and allergens at the counter that is quite handy if you avoid anything in particular. The way that they described it almost everything starts vegetarian and you can add protein. Some things can be made vegan. They have breakfast bowls in the morning. They come with eggs but it would be nice if they had a tofu scramble option. One weird thing about this place is that they put your food in plastic bags to mix it up. It kind of seems like a waste. Hopefully they are the biodegradable kind. As far as beverages they have fresh juices, sparkling water, Argo tea. The staff is awesome and helpful. I think we talked to one of the owners and she was nice and you could tell she was excited about this business. Oh and also it's like 80 degrees in there. That's why the windows are fogged up.

I absolutely adore this place! They offer a variety of healthy options that are delicious. I've tried nearly all the bowls, and my favorite is definitely the Buddha bowl. If you're a fan of Thai cuisine, I highly recommend giving it a try! I appreciate that everything can be made vegetarian by adding tofu or beans as your protein choice. It's also great that the calorie counts for each ingredient are clearly listed in their app. The app features some excellent promotions too, like 20% off certain items every day and happy hour for smoothies! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I love it!

I tried grabbing a salad from Here expecting a healthy option. I was greated with a hefty bill and figured high quality food is worth it... high quality moldy lettuce? Don't think I would eat anything from here.
