Our pizza was delivered to the wrong address, and when we finally received it, it was dropped and smashed. I tried calling their customer service multiple times with no response and haven't received any callbacks.
I've had a terrible experience with this restaurant. They never answer the phone! I've tried calling multiple times to place an order for Crazy Crust pizzas, but no one picks up. I've ordered from them before—sometimes as many as 6 to 10 pizzas at a time—and I've always loved their Crazy Crust. But this time, I couldn't even get through to place my order, despite trying to call six times tonight. I'm really frustrated, and I can't recommend this place to anyone. It really needs to improve its customer service!
I returned to the restaurant and was told my new pizza would be ready in 10 minutes. After waiting an additional 30 minutes, I decided to ask for a refund, as it had now been two and a half hours since I ordered. They started the refund process but then paused because my pizza had just come out of the oven. I opened the box, and it looked better than the first, so I took it home. However, when I took my first bite at home, it was still raw. I didn’t want to go back for a third time, so I called. I was hung up on five times before someone finally answered, and they had a terrible attitude when I asked for a refund. They said they would process it but didn’t take my name until I provided it myself. I understand they might be understaffed, but there were employees just standing around doing nothing when I was waiting both times. At this point, I’ve decided to order from somewhere else because the prices at Little Caesars are not even that great. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
Communication is the key between you and your customers. Do not pay the phone bill or ignore the phone that your customers are able to reach you so that the three stars. Otherwise, the customer service is a bit hit and miss, but usually good. Treat your people well, take care of them, so they are better equipped to take care of your customers. Please train your employees on consistent pizza making up to the pizza sizes and in any case how to cut a freak pizza properly and completely.
Starting yesterday, I went in there to get pizza for my family, they were extremely rude. Went back today, thinking maybe they were just having a bad day yesterday. I paid for a deep dish Hawaiian pizza but they gave me an undercooked normal Hawaiian. I proceeded to call them to get it remade and the correct pizza. They hung up on me while I was explaining the situation, called the second time and talked to a manager they said they would make one when we got there mind you we waited 30 min for the original pizza), we tried to call back but not once, not twice ?.. 5 times. All 5 times they hung up on us.
