1. What threw me off was after I had purchased almost $70 worth of food and drinks from this place and the lady still demanded a tip. She wouldn't start without a tip. Rude. 2nd. I like my papaya salad shredded but instead I got chunks. 3. Pho. Ehh no. It tasted more like it just came out of noodle bag. 4. Basil Chicken. No. It was made too oily and sloppy for me. I love hole in the wall places. Bad service but great food, I can handle but bad food and poor service is a no go for me. I'll pass on this place. This is my first and last experience with this place. I didn't say anything because I know I'm about to get cussed out in Thai. Everyone experience is different and it's ok. I'm sharing my experience. That's all.

Mall food court style eatery. One lady working the entire thing. Could get busy be prepared to wait if you go at the wrong time. Pho is really good. Go check it out. She makes it happen
