Mcdonald's - Roxburgh Park

Came with my girlfriend we both ordered online and sat in to eat while we ordered told everyone who came in that they weren’t taking any orders and proceeded to not get us our food on time with no explanation and all they wanted to do was give us a refund. And I was told that the ice cream machine wasn’t working but I said I didn’t care and I got my ice cream and it was completely fine. We saw our orders sitting there waiting for the drinks for 10-20 minutes before they asked what we were waiting for. I do not recommend going here ever plus the restaurant area is barely ever clean when we get here. If I could I’d give them negative 5 stars.

It 's an absolutely filthy McDonald 's. Come to think about it, my toilet at home is cleaner than this abominable cesspit! Rubbish and litter adorn the walkway and entrance. The tables look like they haven 't been wiped down for quite some time and they are covered in McRubbish, sauce stains, pieces of diced onions and crumbs all over the place. The bins were all overflowing, jam packed full of rubbish inside and out.The staff here are just plain awful and lazy. I stood politely at the counter for over 3 minutes waiting to be served whilst numerous staff members walked past me, giving me sideways stares as if to say to me what do you want and what are you doing here? Eventually, a staff member decided that it was the right thing to do, to do the job that they are paid to do and she proceeded to take my order. I paid for my order and then she said to me you 're 110 . I said what does that mean and where 's my receipt? The cashier then fumbled around with the receipt printer for around a minute and couldn 't figure it out. Then another staff member approached and fumbled with the receipt printer some more and still couldn 't get it working and left the receipt printer open on the counter. I looked up at the screen to see the progress of my order number and the screen is black and not working. I waited around and another staff member called out 110, I picked up my order and tried to find the cleanest table in the joint to have my coffee and even that was akin to an Antarctic expedition, albeit without Scott! The sign on the wall says 10/10, this seems to be a recurring theme lately at McDonald 's, trying to subliminally convince customers that this experience is great; I rate this one a possible 2/10 at best! Another day another McDonald 's, another disappointing McExperience, sad!

I went with my family to have a lunch and shocked how was the restaurant NASTY and MESS!!! We left right away. Not recommended restaurant dirty like this one . Photos below can tell just some of what actual situation was!!!

I went last night with family, found the play area so nasty and mess, I asked on reception to send some to clean the tables in play room. Waiting for couple minutes again asked please send some one. Finally one person came to cleaned one table and floor and then disappeared. Sorry to say but very mess and disgusting McDonald’s in the area. Management action required please.

Absolutely disgusting, waited for 10 minutes before someone decided to come to the counter to serve us. Then had to wait over an hour for food to be served. Don 't even get me started on cleanliness and hygiene. A child vomited on the floor and when I asked someone to clean it up her response was Ewwww I can 't clean that I was shocked! The manager was literally sitting on a sofa in the back watching tv (you could see her from the front counter). When everyone started yelling out of frustration, she decided to come out. The toilet sinks were clogged, everywhere was in a disgraceful mess and the vomit just sat on the floor the whole time and no one came out to clean it. Food prepared, just sat on the counter for 15 minutes until they decided to call the customer to collect it, serving cold food. You shouldn 't have 15-16 year old running a store doing nothing but laughing and hanging around not doing their job properly. I asked for a refund and I was refused. If I could, I would rate them -100 but 1 is sadly the lowest option. I will definitely be reporting this store to the Department of health and safety!!!
