Jersey Mike's Subs - Roxboro

We drove 35 minutes to eat dinner. When we walked in the door there was one employee that was hollering and yelling at other employees. This continued the entire time while we were trying to enjoy our dinner. Young white girl behind the counter all she did was complain about having to work with understaff. There were 5-6 people behind the counter the entire time, she was lashing out loud in front of multiple customers the entire time. This was a terrible experience and I’m sure the others working with her didn’t appreciate it either but no one not even the manager could get her under control.

Can never make a club supreme with what is suppose to be on it no mayo no bacon it’s like you have to babysit these people to get an order

I had the pleasure of trying their Philly before they opened. Perks of the Test and Balance life ? They have a killer crew and awesome sub lineup. Come check them out.

Have tried this place twice will not be back.Have ordered Chicken cheesteaksPlaced my order and watched for 20 min while nothing was done at the grill .Not very busy both times I have tried this location giving them the benefit the first time enjoy other Jersey Mike locations but this is the worst!!!

Today Robert the sandwich maker didn't like me telling him that I wanted a mini sub and what was on it. He started rolling his hands to hury up and told me he wanted to know if I wanted another sandwich. He shouldn't be interacting with customers. I am not the first to complain about the customer service. The cashier is friendly. I canceled my order and bought my daughter's cookie and left. If I could give a zero rating I would! And give credit to Robert.
