Contribuiți la feedbackI absolutely have to give five stars to the tofu soup! This will definitely become my favorite Korean restaurant. If you're planning to dine here, you MUST try the tofu soup—100% recommended! The Korean roll is also one of my favorites. I always make it a point to order the soup and the roll when I visit. We also tried the beef Kimbap, but it was a bit too salty for my taste. Other than that, everything else was fine. I will be back again and again for the tofu soup and Korean roll!
The portion of galbi in the combo is small, although it is flavorful and tender. The seafood pancake receives a definite thumbs down! It really should be renamed vegetable pancake because there is barely any seafood in it, and the flour is quite doughy. Also, be aware of the $2.50 charge for rice. I regret coming to this restaurant. There are better Korean options in the area, such as Young Dong. Consider yourself warned!
I ordered cold noodles for takeout, but when I got home, I realized there was no soup included. I called the restaurant, and they informed me that I had ordered the wrong kind of cold noodles. The menu descriptions are quite confusing between the cold noodles and the spicy cold noodles. The spicy version is served dry, while the cold noodles come with soup. When I placed my order, I asked for the spicy sauce on the side, which likely led them to assume I wanted the dry cold noodles. The only difference between the two options is the soup, yet both are priced the same. Unfortunately, the restaurant refused to provide me with the soup if I returned to pick it up. This experience shows a lack of hospitality and consideration for customer satisfaction. I am very disappointed and will not be ordering from them again.
This was my first time visiting this restaurant. I arrived at 10 PM and noticed a good crowd already there. We were seated quickly and handed the menu. I decided to try bossam, which I had never tasted before, and I ordered it as part of a combo with sulungtang. The bossam was absolutely delicious! It paired perfectly with the lettuce, pickled radish, and a brown sauce (the name of which I don't know). Each bite of the bossam, followed by a sip of the hot sulungtang, was exactly what I needed for a late-night meal. I will definitely be coming back!
I ordered the hot and spicy goat soup along with kimchi fried rice. After just a couple of bites, I felt something sharp in my throat. I informed a male staff member at the front, and instead of expressing concern, he asked if I had tried the dish before and questioned why I ordered it if I hadn't. I found it strange that he was more focused on that than on the fact that I had swallowed a sharp object from their food. I went to the bathroom to check and discovered a small sharp piece lodged in my throat. When I returned to my table, it had already been cleared, and no one came to see if I was okay. I waited for someone to help, but no one left the kitchen, so I decided to go to the emergency room. This was my second time dining here. The food is decent, but proceed with caution! *Attached is a picture showing the piece of plastic next to a quarter for size comparison.*
