Contribuiți la feedbackWe arrived promptly at 5 PM and ordered takeout. The wait for our order was approximately 20 to 30 minutes. We sampled several dishes: kimchi dumplings, pork and chive dumplings, a scallion pancake, pork cutlet, pork long bao, and minced pork noodles. While the food was quite delicious, it felt a bit expensive for the portion sizes we received. We were informed that they would send us a text when our order was ready, but we never received one. By 5:30, the wait time for those dining in had already escalated to an hour.
I'm so glad I discovered this restaurant! It brings back wonderful memories of Taiwan. The night market steak can be a bit unpredictable, though—sometimes it's tender and delicious, while other times it can be overcooked and tough. They do offer other fantastic dishes, like pork hoof noodles and lamb carousel, which also remind me of Taiwan. One downside is that the selection of vegetarian options is quite limited.
I absolutely loved their Taiwanese night market-style sizzling steak, which is quite rare to find these days. The dish came with an egg, corn, pasta, corn soup, and a complimentary tea of your choice—either black or green. The menu is extensive, featuring options like stinky tofu (including BBQ stinky tofu), braised pork rice, beef noodles, and a variety of other Taiwanese street foods. They also offer Taiwanese bentos at very reasonable prices. Most importantly, the flavors were genuinely authentic. I can't wait to go back soon!
I ordered takeout and got the popcorn chicken and sweet potato fries. Unfortunately, the fries were soggy. Overall, I would rate the food a 2 out of 5.
They serve delicious Taiwanese street food. The black pepper steak served on a sizzling platter is really tasty!
