Contribuiți la feedbackI really can’t understand the positive reviews. We pulled up a little over an hour before they closed the lunch service to a mostly empty parking lot. When my wife and small children and I walked in (after being on the road for a while and kids were hungry), we mentioned that we don’t have a reservation and asked if we could have a table. Like the parking lot, the restaurant was almost completely empty, but we were told we had to have a reservation and denied service. I understand a reservation for a busy, popular restaurant at dinner when every table is needed, but this was really a surprise. For the last two weeks traveling in Italy, as well as on previous trips, we’ve always found the Italians to be kind and accommodating, especially when they see you’re traveling with small children. I would never consider going to this restaurant in the future.
Superb surprise. Tasty combination of reinterpreted local dishes presented in interesting combination by the owner. Even the simple no brand cabernet wine della casa was perfecty fitting in combination with the food. The final chocolate bucket experience is a must !
My wife and I stopped at Ristorante Al Postiglione today for lunch on our drive from Tuscany to Venice. Little did we know this restaurant is a destination unto itself! From start to finish we felt welcome in the warm, eclectic interior of this mom and pop Italian eatery. (But don 't let the homey feel of the dining room fool you, the food is on par with any fancy restaurant out there! We sampled a grilled eggplant starter, tagliatelle with boar ragu, pici with duck, rabbit with roasted carrots and potatoes, and tiramisu for dessert. Each dish was seemingly better than the last. We 've travelled throughout Italy, from Torino to Bari, and this place may well be our favorite dining experience yet. Warm host, great food, reasonable prices! What more could you ask for?
For work in rovigo, on the weekend to see the cars, recommended to us, to note that just because the weekend with us daughter and dog, the owner, finally, after the call for reservations, has no constraints of place in the presence of the dog, of small size, and the eating....applause! traditional dishes brought to the table with innovation but not disappointing at all! we opted for first, bigoli to the ragù d'anatra and ravioli, second, violin braciola and sweet. What to say. Great! also great service, prices adapted to the dishes and however in the norm! recommended recommended
Good food, already this is appreciable, special regulation. convenient parking. We went Monday to lunch. in general there are some inconsistencies that do not make you understand what this restaurant wants to be: the design carafes for the bulky wine make it look lower quantity, while for the disinfectant they rely on anonymous bottles of products placed directly on the tables. the service is marked to be of high level, but then you miss the position of the knife or take the bucket of the manufacturer directly to the table to add the sauce. for the rest everything ok, price maybe a little elevated for a lunch but acceptable. in general above the average of many other premises.
