Strange to give 1/5 when we ate very well, it’s true! Our two starters and two main courses were excellent. But I have rarely seen a service like this. We purposely booked at 8:30 p.m. to take our time. We just wanted to enjoy the moment. As a result we order the aperitifs, they arrive after 10 minutes, perfect! But, unfortunately, at the same time as the entrance! No time to have a glass of wine when the dishes arrived... we didn't even have cutlery for the dish! The waiter apologizes and comes to clear the dish, my wife was still finishing her bite... 45min everything was over but we would have liked more time, to enjoy the moment... In short, I understand that we have to make a table profitable when people come to eat at 4 p.m., 6 p.m. to provide an extra service but I think that at 8:30 p.m. you shouldn't do everything to throw people out like that. To tell you, we went to have dessert elsewhere... In short, thank you all the same for your superb cuisine and your good wine but I hope that you will improve this extremely important point so that we have a 100% good time at your place because this kind of error ruins the moment. The food was very good, but even though I had a starter and a main course, I was still hungry, although I don't eat much. For some reason everyone got bread with their meal except us. The service was a bit slow, we always had to wait a very long time. The place we were in was very cold and drafty, so it wasn't very comfortable.
