McDonald's - Rouyn-Noranda

My children really enjoy this restaurant. It is also a great place for family entertainment.

I frequently order a caramel latte from this restaurant, but more often than not, it is just a regular latte without enough caramel flavor. Even after explaining this to the staff, my latte continues to be made incorrectly. They even suggested adding an extra pump of syrup. Shouldn't a caramel latte already taste like caramel without having to pay extra for it?

It is McDonalds, but because of COVID, more than half of the tables cannot be used, so you might have to eat in your car. Minus stars for that.

I did not receive the two waters I ordered. I was also unable to get a receipt as they were having printing issues. The person in front of me returned his coffee because it was not made correctly, and it took 90 seconds for them to make a new one. Additionally, the Big Mac sauce on my burger was only applied to one corner, with most of it ending up at the bottom of the box.

Everything was fine, the potatoes were hot and very good flavor. My milkshake was delicious and I am very glad I went to this MCD too in this area.
