Contribuiți la feedbackI have stopped off on 3 different occasions and they have messed up my order all 3 times. But this last time took the cake. The staff is so messed up. They can't help you; they won't talk to you; they look at you like your stupid or speaking a languish they don't know how to speak. I kept telling them they had given me the wrong food and they kept handing me different orders. 3 different times in the same standing. They never did get it right. The manager kept telling me to do something and pointing but she was speaking Spanish and I don't understand Spanish. So, we kept hollering at each other. All in all, I left pissed and with the wrong food. It took 45 min to get the food even after I ordered it through the app 30 min earlier. I do not recommend going to that location and I will not be going back.
I had a great experience at this particular Popeye's location, which was a welcome change from my recent visits to other outlets. The restaurant was very clean, the staff at the counter were polite, and the food was delicious and cooked perfectly. The parking lot around the restaurant is small but sufficient for most times, except during peak hours.
I'm not sure what has changed, but this restaurant has really improved recently! It almost feels like there might be new management. I hope this upward trend continues because it was not good for a while.
I am disappointed that this restaurant does not offer a military discount. A 10% discount would be a nice gesture of thanks for serving our country. Additionally, I had to wait 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich and was not offered any compensation or apology. The service was rude and overall unsatisfactory.
I've dined at many Popeyes and this particular Popeye had the juiciest chicken I have had from Popeyes. I'm going to try that location again to make sure that is normal or a fluke.
