Misaki - Round Rock

My new Japanese noodle go-to place. It's new, yet service and Cuisine feels very accomplished. Wonderful staff with excellent recommendations on food. Very comfortable inside with booths, tables and even a Sushi bar type area. I highly recommend this place.

Very happy to have found this place. The chef has a rich deep broth that isn't overpowering and is perfectly balanced with the rest of the Ramen. His Chatsu was perfectly marinated and the grilling at the end adds just the right amount of smokiness that is hinted in the back of the flavors that adds to the comfort of the meal. Very happy with this experience. Will be back to taste the rest of the menu. The staff were attentive and very kind adding their recommendations when asked and knowledgeable about the process.

The staff was great, the ambiance was relaxing and beautiful and some of the best ramen I’ve ever had. Way better than Tatsu-Ya. So happy this opened so close to me.

Love the interior decor and environment, staff was very attentive to their customers. The Chicken Ramen with Spicy Miso was delicious. I was pleasantly surprised by the mildly sweet texture of the egg Definitely recommend this place!

We showed up on a weekday around 7pm. Seemed extremely unsanitary with a bulk of silverware and chopsticks left out on tables. We had peach and matcha teas with boba that were excellent.The garlic edamame was tasty. Our server was nice and quick. The food service was very quick! We ordered the chicken ramen meal and enjoyed it all except the chicken was extremely over cooked.
