Kababji Grill - Round Rock

The halwa puri breakfast puts this place on the map for me. We don't have a lot of options when it comes to authentic pakistani halwa puri breakfast places in Austin, but kababji grill would be my pick.The staff is super friendly and courteous and the proprietor himself took some time out to visit our table to make sure we had received our order.The restaurant is spacious and can seat large groups of people. And if you are not into halwa puri and channa there's other Mediterranean options on the menu as well.

The food was delicious, with a great balance of each aspect of the dish. Prices were in line with similar restaurants, and a few items were cheaper. The online order was quick and easy to use. I made a note on one of the dishes and it was followed accurately. I look forward to ordering from here in the future!

Falafel wrap was OK. A bit dry. Great fries and the combo offered a large serving. Ordered for pickup. Took a long time for order to be ready and the first time I was given the wrong order. Tried it for the first time. Nothing tasted fresh, all the meats were dry and chewy, was looking for Mediterranean flavor, very pricey kids cheese sandwich was $6.00 melted cheese on pita bread, kid fries add $3.00 plus drink add $4.00 for a total of $13.00. Hummus appetizer came out after half of our food was delivered, pita bread was cold and flat $9.00. Drinks were self-serve, but ice was discolored in white cups. Partition was put up to block kitchen view no one can see front counter. Kiosk is self-serve for ordering. What you see is what you get. The same guy who brought us our food was the same guy cleaning tables hope he changed his gloves.
