Contribuiți la feedbackI would strongly advise against staying here! The carpets are stained and dirty, making it uncomfortable to walk around without shoes. We rented two rooms and both had unpleasant odors—one had a strong smell of ammonia and the other of smoke. The maintenance work on the paint and tiles was poorly done, and the front desk clerk seemed disinterested in assisting guests. The ice machine looked unreliable and unsafe as well. Overall, this place falls short of expectations, especially with so many better options nearby. It certainly does not meet Holiday Inn standards. The rooms are in terrible condition with filthy carpets and unpleasant smells. If it weren't for being here with my team, I would have left immediately.
A few weeks ago, I stayed at a Holiday Inn in Round Rock, Texas, and it was absolutely terrible. The hotel was dirty, and there were cockroaches everywhere! The breakfast was cold and unappetizing. I even noticed an Oreo cookie on the floor right in front of the front desk, and it was there all day without anyone bothering to pick it up or clean it. This was the most grotesque hotel experience I've ever had! The rooms were revolting, with both live and dead roaches.
I went back downstairs to request a different room, but the front desk staff insisted that room 407 was acceptable. After a frustrating exchange, I was eventually given room 337, which was slightly better but still had a musty odor, dated furnishings, and filthy carpets. I was seriously concerned about the possibility of bedbugs. The following morning, the manager reached out to me, claiming I had yelled at his staff, which was simply not the case. I was direct in expressing my disgust and frustration regarding the room conditions; I never raised my voice. The manager then threatened to kick me out of the hotel, despite being a Diamond Elite member and simply voicing concerns about the unacceptable quality and cleanliness of the rooms. It's hard to believe a manager would respond this way to a loyal guest. Looking back, the manager mishandled the situation entirely. Instead of addressing my concerns, he chose to verbally attack me. The rooms and overall hotel quality were far below the standards I expect from IHG; the staff was rude, and the entire experience was incredibly disappointing. I am seeking a full refund and significant compensation for this ordeal. Additionally, I demand a written apology from the hotel owner. I believe the entire staff should be reassessed for their performance. I am extremely disappointed.
This hotel has a great location, the rooms and all of the facilities are icredibly clean and well maintained. The only downfall is a lack luster breakfast. Not much better than continental.Rooms: 5/5
Overall the price was good and rooms were nice. However I’m pretty disappointed in the customer service. My daughter left her pillow in our room and we didn’t realize it until we were 5 hours away. This pillow is her security blanket. Yes i understand it is my fault it was left behind but the way you all handled the situation was horrible. I had to call almost every day to see if you had the pillow. No one could give me a yes or a no. I finally spoke to some lady. She told me it was found and that she’d email me the link. Well i waited. She never sent it. I called again and of course she lost my phone number and email i provided. So i waited again and never heard from her. I called Thursday and a guy told me to call back at 10 am Friday. So i did. She answered with a sigh like i was bothering her. Then asked me for my number again. This time her story switched and now there is no pillow. Ridiculous. Either you don’t clean your rooms or someone threw it away and took the headphones and blanket that were inside of it. Either way i stay at your hotel a lot especially the one in my hometown but this was horrible. You all should care about your customers and if you don’t have what is missing just be honest. I wasted my time calling only to get an attitude from your employees. I wish i remembered her name but this employee had Wednesday/Thursday off. Shouldn’t be too hard to find
