Domino's Pizza - Round Rock

I've been ordering from this site for years and I've had problems with my orders. Eating is always done on time and with love.

One of the worst experiences in the Domino chain, as it mentions timing at 1 o'clock closing and stop orders at 12:30. Why do they call 1 o'clock for what? Even if you do online orders, your payment will fail and you will think your payment has something problem, but these crazy people will not let you pay and fail at payment times. Why can you even order if you don't want to. Please do not waste time if you do not want to take orders and update your timing accordingly. I want to give 0 STARTS, but I can't do it.

First online order here, appeared at my expected pick-up time, and they had not even started on my order. Waited 30 minutes overall, there were other customers in the store who explained that they also wait too long. A customer even asked if his order was finished and apparently it was, he was only there not waiting for any reason without an employee recognizing him. Some employees even saw the customers waiting and seemed aware that they took too long, but none of the 10 employees seemed to be in any hurry when they were after orders. Pizza I was badly cut, could not completely cut slices from the pizza and even slightly burned. Just give a star because at least the pizza was hot.

My pizza was delivered to the wrong address. When I called the shop, the employee accused me not to order pizza. After the problem has been reported, the employee hung the phone in my face. The problem has never been solved.

This location suffers from extensive quality control issues ranging from staff through to management, and delivery drivers. We order usually several times a month. In the past year, probably one of the three orders are typically wrong. When I say wrong... Not even the pizza we ordered. It's not hard to verify the pizza matches with the receipt that could be checked by a staff member and then secondary checked by the delivery driver...
