Chick-fil-a - Round Rock

As always, the food was delicious! I'm also really excited that the playscape is open; my little one loves it!

I often order from here for my mother-in-law, who uses a wheelchair. We always request that the driver hang the bag on her door. Today, they surprised us by bringing a cup holder to attach to her door, making it much easier for her. It's a small gesture, but it means a lot. Thank you for your thoughtfulness!

This location is one of my favorites. I'm always welcomed with a warm and friendly smile. The wait time is minimal, especially during lunch. I highly recommend this place, and I visit quite often.

I got a shake, fries and chicken strips. They gave me the wrong flavor shake, but I drove away before realizing it and didn't want to go back to correct the error. The service is normally impeccable for a fast food place, but they clearly stumbled on this visit. The food was good though, so not all disappointing.

I’ve never had a BAD experience at a Chick-fil-A but some certainly are better than others. This is one of those better ones. Not only is the indoor area open but the playground is as well. The people who work here are extremely nice (shout out to Jessica! and the eating area is clean. As with all locations, the service and speed of food delivery is eerily fast. There’s a reason the lines always snake out into the street y’all.
