Burros Tex Mex And Grill - Round Rock

I recently visited this restaurant and was thoroughly disappointed with the service. The waitstaff seemed uninterested and inattentive, taking forever to greet us and even longer to take our order. We had to repeatedly ask for basic items like napkins and refills, which were either forgotten or arrived late. The overall attitude was dismissive, and it felt like we were an afterthought rather than valued customers. With so many other options out there, I won’t be coming back!

Poor customer service. Order was not correct. Treated rudely by Manger. Been to this establishment at least half dozen times. Never an issue until today. We won't be returning. Fifty million places in the Naked City to eat. We will take our money elsewhere.

My husband and I had the fajitas and they were very good. I would highly suggest trying this place.

Service was ok sequencing of apps to main entrees could have been spaced in more efficient manner. Food was great.

I’m very picky about Mexican food. Too many times have I tried a new place and it was just bland, burro is not like that. The food was delicious seasoned amazing and delicious! The prices are very good and service was awesome! I will be back.
