This place is just terrible the staff is very unprofesional they do not know what the hell theyre doing in there STAY AWAY!!!!!

Definitely really pricey, and the line can get long really fast. The food itself is mediocre, I prefer to get my elotes from Lomeli's.

Rude employees, there was a lady Hispanic heavy set being so rude asked her for a cup so we can put our kids ice cream cone in since they are kids and make messes! she's was like I have to charge you for the cup of ice cream and the cone with a rude approach. She was rude and made me not want to go back. I'll be sending my hubby and not going with my kids no more. RUDE EMPLOYEES (the older ladies not the younger ones or guys)

La Michoacana is what it is because one consumes there. The employees take the order very reluctantly, they are always with a very heavy attitude, I don't do reviews but it was the last straw. All one asks for is extra, I understand, but Valentina, oh, an extra fork$ There are times when one asks not Valentina for a fork, which she will do on a menu that is very well charged. One Hispanic is to blame for continuing to consume where customer service is worth it.
