Domino's Pizza - Round Lake Beach

Food. It 's domino 's tried to get each person, too busy at night. a pleasant weekly UFC esque fight club at the back of the store(s). Last was between two Edgar 's fighting for their love, la torta. 5/5

Placed a order for a pizza, wings, cheesy pull a parts and bread bites and got the pizza duper floppy and undercooked and the wings were so bad they lasted like garlic bread dipped in water with garlic sauce on top. Super mushy no flavor and no chicken. Called in to speak with a manager and she said oh can I call you on a different phone I can barley hear you and never called back. Definitely will never be ordering from them again was a big waste of money and time horrible customer service and horrible food!

I never had an issue before but for some reason my order was made wrong, I wasn’t even mad about it I just laugh we all make mistakes no one’s perfect. I had order a large hand toss pizza but how they made it was just funny to be honest it was so thin in the middle that it didn’t even had sauce on it, it was basically just crust with a layer of pepperoni. I called the store and the gentleman that answered right away put in a new order and send it out with no questions asked I loved the customer service they provided

Folks that work in there THANK YOU!!! Food is always near perfection, as ordered and DEEEElicious!!! Brianna usually is shown in the tracker to start the order, and she nails it EVERY TIME. I would give more than 5 stars if I could you all take great care of me and mi familia, always a great choice for amazing food please...KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!

Took 1:45 for our food, half an hour was delivery (a mile away). Order was completely wrong.My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is now ruined.
