The magic bags from the too well ordered to go app, cost overall and the amount of food could have fed a poor! everything was warm and delicious. the personal was friendly (especially the chef) only area that could be improved, was the wait, said to come between, but not get pockets until photos below show magic bag

Our hostess Emma was fantastic with us most especially with the little one. Love the food and enjoy Toby carvery very much.

Booked online for breakfast with santa as it was advertised for this morning at 11am ..got a confirmation txt saying booking complete looking forward to seeing you ..seemed all was good.. Me my husband and 4 Yr old daughter was looking forward to it ..drove from Chesterfield to Dronfield got there at 10.44am in the carpark and got a phone call telling me breakfast ended at 10.30am and santa was about to go !! This is just not acceptable at all!why send me confirmation txt!could have booked somewhere else if I knew ..went in to at least try n catch santa for my daughter but he was gone Shocking customer service.. Never again will I trust this place .. Total let down !!

Love this place! Breakfast and Carvery are the best around. Always feel welcome as all the staff are really friendly and always have a little chat with me
