Kfc - Rotherham

I have not been inside the restaurant itself, but based on my previous experiences, I have noticed that there is a need for better cleanliness in public spaces and on the tables. The ordering screens can be unreliable at times, as I witnessed one personal struggle with one. However, I have always enjoyed the food here and never had any issues with the quality of the dishes. I would like to visit more often, but I hope that they improve their cleanliness standards for all of their machines and regularly maintain them, considering how frequently they are touched. The restrooms could also benefit from more consistent cleaning, and there is room for improvement in customer service skills as well.

The only downside of this restaurant is the inconsistent speed of service. At times, it is quick and efficient, but often it seems to be quite slow. The staff is friendly and accommodating, but if the service were faster, it would definitely earn a 5-star rating.
