Suzy Wong - Rotherbaum

This is one of the best Chinese restaurants in Hamburg, well established and based in the Rotherham area of the city, which is spoiled for great places to eat and drink. We turned up without a booking on a Friday night and it was no problem to get a table. The food was good, excellent dim sum and nice main course, although the service was mixed. They forgot one of our dim sum courses, which we ended up eating at the end of the meal. They were very good and apologetic about it though. A little on the pricey side but about what you would expect in Hamburg. Good experience, on the whole.

One of the most classic traditional Cantonese style restaurant in Hamburg that includes their waiter and wateriest. For lunch or dinner it's always delightful and enjoyable atmosphere to dine there. My favour Chinese restaurant in Hamburg.

We've tried a lot of Asian restaurants in Hamburg and are usually disappointment in the value, but we were pleasantly surprised by Suzy Wong! Nice atmosphere, excellent service, good menu selection and tasty dishes.

This place was recommended to me by the concierge at my hotel for dinner. I walked over and the place was packed. There's decent space inside but it was a good first sign that they were so busy.Everything was really good. The service, the food, the atmosphere, etc. I had the vegetable hot and sour soup and the beef with bamboo and mushrooms. I also had a pot of their oolong tea which was really good.I don't speak German very well and I don't know any Chinese but that wasn't a problem. Most of the staff spoke English well so communicating wasn't a problem. They had the full menu in English as well so ordering was a breeze.I'd definitely recommend this place if you're visiting Hamburg. If you're walking it might be a bit out of your way so check first (obviously).

I like the nice atmosphere and the good asian food at reasonable price. The staff is very friendly and quick.
