Costa Coffee - Rother

The two male staff members (we visited around 2:15 on January 1, 2024) were extremely professional and competent. I also purchased a Costa card and coffee. The older man (dark, handsome, bearded) explained how to use the card very well. The younger man was busy cleaning tables during busy periods. Great job, guys.

Costa is unable to make decent sandwiches! For the past six months, it has been consistently disappointing with M S Sandwiches. This week, I ordered a BLT that was filled with white, soggy lettuce. My friend got a prawn sandwich and complained that the bread tasted wet and stuck to the roof of her mouth. It was just awful. Bring back M S sandwiches.

The staff at this restaurant are always very friendly, with a special shout-out to Jason who has outstanding customer service skills. He truly brings a ray of sunshine into my day. The coffee and cakes are also top-notch.
