Wendy's - Roswell

If by the drive thru. before me were about 6 cars. I thought I'd be here, but not less than 10 minutes. very friendly, order was complete and hot. very satisfied with the service!

Asked for robengele and the young man in the car thru did not know what it was or Marmelade..then he asked if she had something and someone screamed yes! then he came back with this one. this situation tells me that this is old and was hidden somewhere under something. that's probably spoiled. food: 1/5

I wouldn't recommend at all. I ordered 2 grilled asiago ranch club chicken sandwiches. I received 2 regular broth chicken sandwiches. that was the second time, the sandwich I got is almost $6 cheaper than what I ordered. I went back to the restaurant to just get my money back at this point and was badly treated, but got my refund. She didn't even apologize, gave me my money back. I showed her the sandwiches. it was soggy and the rolls were crushed. either very bad quality.

I ordered 2 apfelsinensalate to go. both salates had devastated/sweet salate all the salate. had to discard at least 1/2 of the salate mixture. food: 2/5

The staff here literally doesn't know what they're doing and I had to wait longer than necessary for not only the regular employees to get my order correct, but wait for the manager to ask other employees on how to properly ring up an item. All I was asking for was no meat and these people act like there's no such thing as vegans or vegetarians. Food still came out wrong, but I just left at that point.
